Below you can find exhibitor resources and important details to help ensure you are prepared to join us for a successful event November 2-5, in Savannah, GA.

Converge is The Customer-First Communication Event of the year. IAUG Staff will provide you with assets that you can use to promote the event via your own marketing channels very soon! Keep an eye out for an email with your custom promo kit.
Registration Information
Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on their exhibit package (see chart below). Sponsors may receive additional complimentary registrations as outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
Once your presence confirmed, your primary contact will receive an email from our registration provider within one week with instructions and login credentials to register your booth staff. If you already know your credentials, register your team now!

- Additional exhibit hall–only registrations are available for $750 each.
- To upgrade a booth staff registration to full conference access, please contact partnersupport@iaug.org.
Important: Every individual working in your booth must be registered for the event.
Exhibitor Service Kit
Freeman is the official exhibitor services partner for IAUG Converge. Each 10×10 booth will come with one of three furniture package options (reach out to partnersupport@iaug.org to confirm your selection). All other furnishings and services will need to be ordered through the online ordering portal*. A welcome email with login instructions will be sent to your company’s primary contact once the kit is complete! approximately one week after receipt of your signed contract. Please reach out to partnersupport@iaug.org with any questions.
*Please note, the ballroom is carpeted but exhibitors are welcome to order their own carpet should they choose to do so.

A hotel block has been secured at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for IAUG Converge attendees.
Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, October 13 (or until the block sells out).
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
If you plan to use labor outside of someone from your company or our general services contractor, Freeman, an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor form is required to notify IAUG Converge show management. Your appointed contractor must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) & will not be allowed to begin work until show management receives these items.
