Registration
Who should attend?
IAUG Converge is intended for communication technology professionals. While our content will focus heavily on the Avaya solutions and may be best suited for those currently in their ecosystem (Customers, Partners, Employees, Relevant Media), we encourage anyone in the Information and Communication Technology world to consider attending. Our sessions will highlight Avaya solutions but will focus on experiences and learning that may be applicable across the board.
When does the Early Bird registration pricing end?
The Early Bird registration pricing ends Friday August 21, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. On Saturday August 22, 12:00 AM Central Standard Time, the regular registration pricing begins, details are listed in the price chart below.
What are the registration packages/passes available for IAUG Converge?

When does online registration end?
Online registration will remain open for the duration of the event and will close on Wednesday November 4, 2026. Onsite registration will be available at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown in the event space, on Monday November 2 starting at 1:00 PM CT.
What is the cost to register?

How do I register as an official Speaker?
Speakers are given direct information on how to register. Please reach out to speakers@iaug.org for speaker inquiries.
How do I register as a group?
Please contact registration@iaug.org for instructions and to receive the discount code that must be used during registration. The discounted ticket price of $995 per person after the early bird deadline only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 3 or more people registering at the same time from the same company.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Guests are welcome at all IAUG Converge networking events, such as the expo receptions and the opening and closing events, for an additional fee. You can add companions to your registration during your initial setup or by accessing your confirmation email and modifying your registration. Please contact iaug@prereg.net if you need assistance.

Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors are entitled to the following breakdown of full conference & expo hall registrations, based on support level.

All individuals working in your booth must register to attend & registrations over these allotments are available for an additional fee. The primary contact for each exhibiting company will receive an email from our registration provider directing them to the registration portal approximately one week or less after a signed contract is received. If that time has passed and you haven’t received an email, please check spam/junk folders.

What is the Converge Registration Cancellation Policy?
Attendees may cancel their Conference registration anytime up until October 9, 2026 by contacting iaug@prereg.net or registration@iaug.org . Those who decide to cancel can transfer their registration fee to 2027 or request a full refund for Conference Registration. October 9, 2026, any requested refunds will be reviewed and credited on a case-by-case basis. Attendees are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations you have made for your stay if you cannot attend and will be responsible for hotel cancellation fees.
What is the registration transfer policy?
Should you no longer be able to attend IAUG Converge but want to transfer your registration to another person, please contact iaug@prereg.net .
When do I need to pay my registration fee by?
If you opt to pay by check or to be invoiced, the deadline to receive payment is Friday October 23, 2026. After you complete your registration and you select to opt to pay by check, you will receive a confirmation email stating payment is pending. Once payment is received, your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. If your check is not received by Friday, October 23, then you will be required to pay by credit card. You will be contacted by registration@iaug.org if you opt to pay by check during the registration process and an invoice will be sent to you directly from the Accounting Department from INTL AVAYA USERS GR, invoice@authorize.net. Please make sure your invoice number is included on all checks and wire transfers. You can make your check out to International Avaya Users Group (IAUG), Attention: Converge Registration and mail it to PO Box 306192, Nashville, TN 37230-6192. Credit Card will be the only method of payment for on-site registration.

What is the conference hotel?

What are the conference hotel rates?
The guest room IAUG rate is $239 plus a discounted $20 resort fee, 15% tax, plus a daily a $7.50 per night destination fee. Click here to access the hotel website to book your guest room. The room block will close on Tuesday, October 13.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
What if I’m traveling internationally?
For entry into the United States, your passport must be good for at least 6 months after your departure date. Please refer to government travel restrictions: https://www.usa.gov/enter-us
Residents of Canada and most European countries do not need a visa to visit the United States if they are staying for less than 90 days. However, residents of these countries do require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). For more information please visit esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. For further information on whether or not you require a visa to enter the United States, please visit www.travel.state.gov.
You will have to pass through United States Customs if arriving by air. At United States airports, you must present a completed customs declaration form (which may or may not be provide in-flight).
What food is available through the conference?
Your IAUG Converge Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday plus morning and afternoon breaks. Food will also be served at the opening event, evening receptions and closing event.

How can I ensure I receive the most up to date information?
The IAUG Converge Mobile App
Attendees will receive instructions on how to access the official IAUG Converge event app in order to receive the most up to date information, build schedules, connect with others, and more. The app is compatible with Apple and Android devices. You must register with the email you have access to since it’s the same email you will use when accessing the event app.
Onsite Support

What is the weather like in Savannah in November?
In most years, Savannah averages a daily high temperature of around 77-79°F in Octobet, with nighttime temperatures typically around 60-63°F. Humidity is lower than in the summer months, and the city usually experiences about 6–8 rainy days during the month, with plenty of sunshine.
Which airports are closest to Savannah?
Flights to and from Savannah typically go through Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). The airport is located about 15 miles from the Historic District, and travel time to the Westin usually takes 20–25 minutes depending on traffic.
What is the dress code?
Attendees typically dress “Modern Business Casual” and are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and layers, as temperatures vary between rooms.

How do I become an IAUG member?
To join IAUG, go to Membership – International Avaya User Group (iaug.org) and select “Become a Member”.
Is an IAUG membership included in my registration?
Membership to IAUG is free, however you will be able to opt into having an account created on your behalf during Converge registration if you so choose. We highly recommend it!
How do I learn more about IAUG benefits and resources?
Come by the IAUG Booth in the Experience Hall each day! Team members and volunteers will be at the booth to answer any questions and ensure you maximize your membership with IAUG.
