IAUG Committees

Women in Technology Committee

The women in technology committee is a crucial resource for both men and women in the technology industry, providing support, networking opportunities, and advocacy to help women advance and succeed in their careers while recognizing inefficiencies in the industry and exploring solutions.

Council Committee

The IAUG Council Committee consists of the current council chairs and collaborates closely with IAUG HQ to shape strategic year-round council programming, prioritizing the customer's voice in their initiatives.

Attendee Experience Committee

The Attendee Experience Committee (AEC) plays a crucial role in ensuring that attendees have a positive and memorable experience at Avaya ENGAGE. The AEC is a committee made up of IAUG volunteers that focus on putting the attendee needs first and continuously improving the Avaya ENGAGE experience by working closely with the IAUG teams on short-term and long-term impact of the event.

Membership Committee

The membership committee helps to validate the ever-evolving value of being a member of IAUG. You will learn about member interests and industry trends while working closely with the IAUG Team to deliver the best benefits to all 17,000 members of IAUG.

Content Committee

The content subcommittee assists with providing strategic direction on relevant virtual programming to members year-round and educational planning for Avaya ENGAGE. Members assist with the planning process for conference to provide feedback, ideas, vet session submissions, and strategic direction on educational content. This committee also partners with IAUG HQ to ensure year-round virtual programming is robust and reflective of members’ interests. They host and facilitate webcasts, help draft roadmaps for entry-level content, audit IAUG webcasts and identify potential gaps to be filled, and package together content that IAUG has for easy access for members to view. These are one-year terms with the opportunity to reapply.
